Game Over Toy Chica is a variant of the Highscore Toy Chica skin that you would see while fighting Highscore Toy Chica aswell as on a rare occasion in the Workshop if Highscore Toy Chica's Plushsuit was equipped.
I made her all covered in blood because obviosly a game over happens when you die in a game. The 8-bit Cupcake also has been killed with a knife which is a fitting choice of weapon for killing cake :)
