Fixed an issue with grandparents killing you without seeing you first in the closet/locker on extreme and higher.
The poison trap is now exclusive to "Extras".
Extras has now a new item, area and puzzles. The robot escape has also been made "harder".
Updated Grandpa's look for Christmas (quite soulless but whatever).
Fixed an issue with the teddy after escaping.
Made some small improvements + the ones from 1.5.9.
Fixed some Enemy AI bugs.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
