Guys i may have ptsd ,i was thinking having anger issue caused my narssicist parents ;-;

With the number of traumas i have i'am not even surprised

I promise I'll go see a psychologist and do what's necessary.


It's true that I'm surprised to have this behavior even though I'm usually a happy and cheerful person.
