In the tape called Restricted_condemnation_1995 we get this shadow-like Huggy Wuggy character and in my theory it looks a lot like the one from LumajusoTV's YouTube video. If you analyze the picture further you can a clear idea of what it might be and one thing is certain is that we have not seen this character in any of the last 4 chapters but this one does not look like Bron the dinosaur to me.
