RE-DEV LOG - 002: Layered Kart

By minimize the bytes numbers by going on layers in sprites. That I worked on the player's kart to be coded with color including the opponents.

New BayBie PWR toddler, suited in a frog PJ, this one is Kepper.

Now to re-order the decal print to start with the live build.
