I can’t believe it’s been 10 years already. It honestly feels like yesterday when I played fnaf 1 and 2 for the very first time back in 2014 with my brothers. When we experienced our first jumpscares, when we began theorizing all about the plot (I still remember being blown away finding out fnaf 2 was a prequel). It has been a wild ride, and I couldn’t be more grateful for what this franchise has done for me. Because of fnaf I improved my drawing skills by trying to learn how to draw the animatronics. Or meeting my life long friends by playing fnaf. Or growing closer to my cousins. A good memory I have is back when my older brother played travel basketball, we would travel out of town, and on those long car rides me and my brothers would replay fnaf 1 and 2 over and over again. Good times. Fnaf I believe really did help shape who I am today. So again. Thank you Fnaf! Thank you Scott!
I wanted to draw something for the anniversary, and putting my sona in the place of the night guard was something that I instantly decided on. Something about Fnaf 1’s atmosphere always creeped me out as a kid. That an animatronic could be watching you right outside the door beyond the darkness. I knew I had to capture that here with the dark tones and lighting.
Hey, thanks for reading!!
