Haiden and Lucas vs Lake and Harlan

Sunday night.

Two possessed animatronics battle it out over the fate of Ashley J. Waters.

Harlan, possessing Lake since 1992, wishes to kill Ashley so she can be one of them. Possessing demonic powers he is nothing but rage and pain and suffering, seeking to bring harm to those he was supposed to care for under the influence of a sinister demonic figure.

Lucas, possessing Haiden since 1964, wishes to save and help Ashley bring justice to the souls rotting within Lake’s Funland. Armed with more Eldritch powers he is the river of memory, possessing knowledge crucial to Ashley’s survival.

It was inevitable these two would meet, despite Lucas’ tendency to hide and hide well, no one even remotely saw him coming. He is not looking to hurt Harlan despite everything he's done, instead Lucas and Haiden aim to distract and misdirect, giving Ashley the opening she needs to end this once and for all.

It was inevitable, in the Haunted Haiden Au, that these two would meet. Harlan is especially pissed at Lucas for interfering though he is a little curious and a little scared of the mysterious ghost, one who feels alien to him.

Harlan pushes Lake to confront Haiden on Lucas’ presence before they go after Ashley, only for Lucas to reveal himself to be possessing Haiden and engaging them in a fight. Well, less of a fight and more of a high stakes game of hide and seek, though Lucas will not harm Harlan as, despite everything he’s done, he’s just a kid.

Lucas warps the walls of the Funland with his illusions and sends the Soul Embodiments after the other animatronics to keep them occupied, as an “extra treat”, while he keeps Harlan’s attention on him.

Harlan realises their plan, to distract and misdirect him, too late when the illusions cast by Lucas break and he finds the Funland aflame.

Meanwhile, Haiden and Lucas got out fine, escaping in the confusion with Ashley in tow.
