If I had to be completely honest about Undertale's lore, I'd say, it can't really be called better than Cave Story's lore. Atleast that's what I think.
I've been considering about doing a rant about Undertale fans who say some crazy stuff like "Undertale is the best game". Idk if i should.

I checked on two different devices and on both, i couldn't find it on Youtube.
