Haven't posted in a while but I've been making some more progress on my game throughout the months, here is an energy meter that encourages the player to do the objective of sucking up the dirt on the screen not just for points or visibility.

Madeline is the main protagonist of the mountain climbing platformer, Celeste. The game has been praised for its visuals, gameplay, and introspective narrative. The game's creator Maddy Thorson confirmed that Madeline is trans in 2020.
Here's a prototype for a game that I'm testing right now. I'm planning on having the player collect points and avoid obstacles with these controls (controls that were inspired a bit by Nitrome's Skywire).

Mae Borowski is the main character of Night in the Woods! It's an adventure game that tells the story of her return to her hometown of Possum Springs. She was confirmed as canonically pan in a social media post by the game's creator Scott Benson.
Added the ability to hydrate your desktop isopod/pillbug/roly poly pet with a mister and made it so they can climb up to the top of the screen every so often and chill upside-down!
