I was trying to open ibisPaint X to make a new artwork, but whenever I try to enter it, it freezes, back to the opening screen and CRASH! How do I fix this because I don't want to blame the developers (as that is betrayal for me) and I don't want all my art to be wiped out (unless necessary).
