I'm trying to guess some of the areas, I know most. The first two photos are the kitchen. The second two photos are the main entrance/main exit/lobby. The third two photos I am not too sure about, it could be a new area. (EDIT: I watched Fusions vid on it, and he said it was the Glamrock Gifts building.) The fourth two photos are of course, in Monty Golf. The fifth two photos are in the outside area of the Daycare, which we know Lucky Stars is outside of it. The sixth two photos are in the Glamrock Beauty Salon (EDIT: It's actually the Cupcake place for Chica. Now it makes sense why Chica is in there). We can see Chica there as well. The seventh two photos are in Monty Golf again. We can see Monty under something in the photo as well. Then the eighth two photos are in a new area, but I'm just going by what Dawko said in the stream from what I've heard, and there is a part of Gator Golf in there, I think one of the hanging rides. (EDIT: Fusion also said that this was a repair we're most likely going to do for the ride.) It's quite weird that we don't see Roxanne in any of the photos, maybe there's a bigger reason why and not on accident.

If there's any new random photos that Steel Wool decides to share on the live stream, I will put them in this post, but it's unlikely they will. The game looks incredible in my personal view. I've always like SB, It's actually my favorite, but it wasn't that scary. I think Ruin is going to change that. It has the creepiness factor from just the trailer and these images that SB needed in the first place. I can't wait for this game to come out.

I also heard about a theory that it may release July 4th or at least close to it. I watched a FazFriends video about details we missed and it was circled on a calendar. A phone also had the date with the time 2:45 PM. It's a big stretch but it could be cool to have it release then. Then again though, July 4th is Independence day (4th of July), so it may just be a coincidence they are in the same month.
