Luckily the problem was smaller than I thought, and I've already fixed almost all the bugs caused by switching to the new version of gamemaker. I also managed to update the waterfall encounter a bit. Here is the updated final attack.
I made many things, but i don't have anything to show. And because of this here is random bug that i've already fixed but it looks funny

I finished improving basic monster encounters, now all i need to do is pacifist route.
