Buziness is an extremely powerful demon from a hell on the very bottom of all of existence. There are quadrillions of sinner souls from uncountable universes that end up there, and Buziness and other demons are the ones that torture them. Buziness is calm, cold, threatening, lively and extremely evil. He is a demon born from hell, so he is a literal embodiment of greed and pride. In his normal form he takes the appearance of more human, (with gold sharp teeth forming in an unnatural smile and a single horn still revealing he’s a demon though) and he does this so when he goes to mortal realms he can make deals with mortals for their souls more easily. He definitely isn’t a mortal but not a higher being either, so he’s somewhere in the middle. He has an entire multiverse in his monocle and another one in the orb in his staff, trapping all those souls inside. His true form only shows when he’s fully in darkness, which has him much bigger and much more demonic (this represents how some corporations look to be all good on the outside (the light) but can be extremely corrupt if you look deeper (the dark). Business’s involvement in the Sumbudy verse is still in progress.
