What's the reason the site wasn't working for 20~ hours earlier?
I reckon Transparency is important on this matter.
And I know it wasn't your servers being down, http requests and websocket packets went through / arrived just fine (except for specific notification related ones) Indicating that something on your servers might have gotten screwed up somehow, and I'm curious as to what that might be, if it's nothing confidential of course.
