Here is a short summary, I made a vote about "What should I beat in Ultimate Custom Night ?" and you guys have to vote on the animatronics that was randomly selected and here is the level they will get depend on different rank:

1st - Level 20

2nd-3rd - Level 15

4th-5th - Level 10

6th-7th - Level 5

8th-10th - Level 0

Note : For those didn't get voted , they will be replace with a different animatronic

Part 1 (Total of 4 votes)

1st place goes to William Afton with 2 votes

2nd place goes to Rockstar Bonnie and Funtime Foxy tied with 1 vote (It wouldn't be much of a different because 2nd-3rd place has a same level)

Part 2 (Total 8 votes)

4th place goes to Mr. Hippo with 3 votes

5th place goes to Nightmare Fredbear with 2 votes

6th place goes to Funtime Freddy, Rockstar Freddy and Nightmare BB tied with 1 vote (since I only wanted two , I have to remove one, so I chose Funtime Freddy! cuz I realize that he doesn't exist in UCN Sorry)
