During the "break" i learned a lot with unreal engine, including coding games in c++, but at that time i didn't planned to remake the whole project, however i quickly realized how messy and bad the old code was, and every time i added a feature i had to rework a part of the base of the game. These issues made me change my mind, so now i've started remaking the project with a much better, cleaner, faster and easy-to-work-with code, which allowed me to introduce things i couldn't add in the old version (like animated items).
There are also changes regarding doors, which are now physics based, so they stop when colliding with somethings.
In general the whole "folder structure" is well more organized, the projects is lighter.
I may post some footage of the current state of the game so stay tunned !
