You need to rest, drink water, eat, take care of yourself, you've earned a break so, stop what you're doing and breath, think about all the amazing things you've done today, you woke up didn't you? That's amazing, if you managed to get out of bed at all then I'm proud of you if you haven't im still proud, you're taking a you day, I get it and youve earned it, I love you all take good care if yourself, people care about you ♡♡♡
