DEVELOPMENT LOG 01 | 02/09/2024
I think it's about time I gave you some regular updates on development.
First of all, I'm going to actually be really honest about something here. FNAF Cleanup Crew went through a long period of development hell, and is only just coming out of it. This caused things to take WAY longer than they were ever originally going to take, and those of you who were expecting things far sooner - I apologise for that.
Sometimes development can throw you curveballs which you never expect, but fortunately that phase is in the past now and now all I'm excited for is the future.
This past week, I have adapted many interesting and fun things into the game, including and not limited to:
Switched the entire game's rendering pipeline to Unity's HDRP engine. This means the game can have much higher visual fidelity, as well as far more control over the game's visuals and performance for you to configure in the options.
Implemented a NEW Inventory System (which many of you may note takes inspiration from a classic video game series! )
Added the ability to vault over counters to avoid enemies in chase or take alternate paths.
Improved the textures and rendering of Withered Bonnie :0
Some environmental changes!
I'll be providing regular weekly updates from now on, so stay tuned and follow if you're new!
