Aperamently, i won tails LMS for first time ever while eggman died, so i thought about a joke and it actually would make sense lol

moon card is actually good with tails or emperor... (rng based)

because it gives either -1.5/1.5 speed or -1.5/1.5 stun, so if you are lucky, you can be faster than exe with tails and moon
