I think we mentioned something about THE INCIDENT in demo 1. And I know we've mentioned that Asgore is deceased too because of the events of it.
Ash plays a huge role storywise in that Incident, and you’ll learn more about them when THE INCIDENT Arc comes out sometime later after Ruins Of Old's and Violet Grove's story arc's are done.
