Honestly lowkey there should be more fangames where you play as sans/papyrus and instead of being about the battle with frisk and that's it, it'd be more about the general story of how the genocide looked to a monster.

Okay, so I think if there was a game like this, the use of animated cutscenes (not overworld cutscenes, animated cuscenes) would be awesome, i think them gradually getting more and more twisted would signify the dire situation of the monsters.
The use of deltarune snowgrave music could work well, specifically NORTHERNLIGHT, or that one track that's a remix of that roaring track okay now i'm done for 5 minutes until i finish eating breakfast bye
