I was trying to get the secret joker costume, but all of a sudden, I heard a different ost. So I checked and saw this strange npc? (there's an Image up above of said npc)
You can also get the secret joker costume by doing the same thing, but this time you'll hear a remix of megalovania. Then you'll have to touch another npc and you'll get the secret costume!
