I got the fnaf 3 office when I just started playing the game and from what I know, you can only get this office from getting 5000 points. If anyone has an explanation please tell.

They're ALMOST the exact same colour.

This must mean something, especially considering the fact that this character is called FRIEND and these two colours are for the SPARE button. (The colours are only slightly off.)
