So basically I think for mechanics we’ll be getting:

A new hand

Swinging mechanic

Maybe the pink hand as well?

And maybe the pink spider thing (Poppy’s mum) might be the real Kissy Missy, or a completely different character. I think maybe this creature could still have a relation with Huggy Wuggy, as we see her grabbing the toy. This might be because it misses him and she wants to get revenge on us. It could also be abandoned like her daughter; we are seen going through this cave-like area where she could be trapped. Another point is that it says it has been so long since it has seen somebody to play with (or kill, most likely). Another character could be that flower thingy, but we don’t know anything about him/her/it.

Edit 2: I just thought: what if poppy was one of the orphans and the ‘Stella’ in chapter 1 was her mum, and that’s why she referred to her as ‘mummy’? And Stella’s soul belong in the spider thing?
