Other facts I couldn’t squeeze onto the drawing:

Lake:

• Lake didn’t just get his abnormal strength and height from his demonic possession, he was also granted an increased healing factor, enhanced senses, improved reaction time and his canines are sharper.

• If Lake trusts you he’ll let you braid his hair; only Alice, Haiden, Lucas and Ashley have earned this privilege.

• Lake has such a good poker face that most of the Funland has never seen him crack a smile outside of performances. Until Haiden came along, some staff are unnerved by their bosses infatuated expressions.

• The demonic possession Lake goes through is unknown, as in he doesn’t even know he’s possessed. He’ll black out at odd moments, which frequently happen during the night as the demon hates light, and wake up somewhere else with no memory of what happened.

• Lake has made the Funland a haven for queer people, this is the 90’s after all.

• Portrays himself as an intimidating and scarily efficient boss but is actually really shy and hates socialising, though if he likes you he’ll go above and beyond for you.

• Fell in love with Haiden at first sight, acted really shy at first but once he got to know Haiden and warmed up to him, he became more flirtatious. Unfortunately for him, Haiden is oblivious to Lake’s affections and thinks he’s trying to piss him off. Lucas thinks it’s hilarious.

Haiden:

• Haiden adopted Lucas when he was 21 and still in university.

• At the time of the plot he’d have worked at the Funland for four years, having started working there to support Lucas who he’d just adopted as he knew the old jobs he worked weren’t going to cut it.

• Haiden’s family come from old money but he doesn’t like flaunting it and has taken odd jobs to pay for his own expenses.

• His uncle, James Walker, was a robotics engineer who vanished under mysterious circumstances and left his entire fortune to Haiden as he had no children. Haiden’s put the money aside for Lucas to go to college/university.

• Wishes to open his own bakery once he saves up enough money, the job at the Funland pays well so he’s a lot closer to his lifelong dream.

• Is perfectly comfortable and okay with his sexuality but doesn’t see himself as dating material. To the point of being outright oblivious as to when someone is flirting with him, like Lake. Currently Lucas and Ashley have a betting pool going on amongst the other Funland staff on whether Lake will confess or Haiden will get his head out his ass and realise Lake likes him.

• Haiden secretly possesses blood inheritance from a certain type of fox spirit native to China/Japan. Once of his ancestors was a British merchant who travelled up the Silk Road and met a certain fox Yokai. That heritage is currently dormant but exposure to the demonic aura leaking from Lake and the hotbed of demonic activity in Montreal is awakening it. Which could start having some side effects on Haiden’s physical appearance and magical potential.
