Basically I saw this artist on youtube called Zzziplok (jumpbreak96 on twitter), and found their artstyle sooooo cool. I had already seen similar styles before but on this one I really wanted to try do something half as cool. And as I was thinking about what to draw I remembered the OC/Mascot/main-ish character of another youtuber that I quite like called MisterFlech (french channel, I'm french, don't bother unless you're french too I'd say but, do what you want fr) and so I went "Oh damn I could draw her for sure!" so after a *lot* of hesitation regarding the pose I wanted to give her I finally settled on, well, what's in the image above....

Sorta unremarkable attempt at trying to draw (lightly redesign?) Hans/Fox's beast form from Bloody Roar 1. The way his beast form looked almost bald always bothered me. (Image for reference)
I feel this is a proper enough introduction for my Sonic OC: Neon The Hedgehog. (Btw, sorry for the low image quality, I never actually planned to make this a finished piece, it started off as a random practice/sketch)
