I created a game dev video log where I talk about how my brother and I made our second GGJ project, SOS.WAV, back in 2017.

I've made a lot of games over the years and participated in a lot of Global Game Jams. While I've posted about my process in retrospective posts on Blogger or social media, I haven't made a video about it. So this is my first try at showing our process through a video!

Obviously it's been years since we actually made this project, so I don't have documentation of everything that happened (but it's close!).

So here's the video where I talk about how we made SOS.WAV.

I created this game dev vlog where I dive into my process and how I developed my 2020 Global Game Jam project, The Note Competition.

In this final #No_Hacks devlog, I talk about what I learned and my overall biggest takeaways from the project. There's also a link to play the game if you haven't yet.

I made a blog post where I talk about the process I went through to make my short visual novel, Clove's Story: https://michellerakar.blogspot.com/2024/07/cloves-story-o2a2-vn-…

Happy #WIPWednesday! Are you working on a game? Making some art? Practicing a song? Something else? Tell us in the comments!

I recorded a video of myself playing through my game for the RPG Maker Game Jam, #No_Hacks! Check out the link in the article below.

Your worst nightmare is alive ... Coming soon !

In this next #No_Hacks devlog, I headed into the final week of development on my RPG Maker Game Jam project! I finalized most of the art, so here's the progress I made on that.

At the beginning of this year, my brother and I made a GGJ game, World Bub. I finally recorded a playthrough video of the game if you didn't get a chance to play it earlier this year. Watch the video playthrough here:

Midnight Special is part of Lovecraftian Days 2026, hosted by Fulqrum Publishing, running from April 9 to April 16 (PT).

Get it at 20% off during the event and explore a selection of strange, dark, and memorable indie games.

In this next #No_Hacks devlog, I was able to get all of the core mechanics and game loop complete so far! Here's everything I accomplished in the first week on this project.
