I created a game dev video log where I talk about how my brother and I made our second GGJ project, SOS.WAV, back in 2017.

I've made a lot of games over the years and participated in a lot of Global Game Jams. While I've posted about my process in retrospective posts on Blogger or social media, I haven't made a video about it. So this is my first try at showing our process through a video!

Obviously it's been years since we actually made this project, so I don't have documentation of everything that happened (but it's close!).

So here's the video where I talk about how we made SOS.WAV.

In this Nay Saga dev log, I revisit the digital version of the game where I worked on the menus and encyclopedia system.

This is my last blog post about Nay Saga where I include final links on where to play the game, show some final photos, and reflect on the game as a whole. Thanks for reading through all of my posts that I wrote along the way! Check out the final one here

In this final #No_Hacks devlog, I talk about what I learned and my overall biggest takeaways from the project. There's also a link to play the game if you haven't yet.

Happy #WIPWednesday! Are you working on a game? Making some art? Practicing a song? Something else? Tell us in the comments!

In this Nay Saga dev log, I show some of the updates I made for the physical aspects of the game before sending it off to the final print:

The Knightling launches on August 28! Wishlist it now so you don't miss out: https://bit.ly/KnightlingSteam

To celebrate the game's impending release, we've added The Knightling Pack and The Knightling Community Pack back to the Shop!

In this Nay Saga dev log, I revisited the digital version of the game and started to lay out menus and code the player's hand and CPU actions:

As I worked on #No_Hacks, I created blog posts over on my Blogger. Now that the Game Jam is over, I'm posting that content over here for you to read how I went through the process of developing the game!

Happy #WIPWednesday! Are you working on a game? Making some art? Practicing a song? Something else? Tell us in the comments!

In this next #No_Hacks devlog, I was able to get all of the core mechanics and game loop complete so far! Here's everything I accomplished in the first week on this project.
