I did a fix to Metal Sonic Mk 3 that included part swapping between two of them. Funnily enough putting the extra arm on the donor figure creates a wildly gesticulating figure that serves as the other one's hype man.

Here's a character I never made before, Klonoa! He started out as a Kingdom Hearts Mickey Mouse figure with knees from a Tails. Thanks to Mega Construx minifigure arms his ears are articulated too.

December is a busy month for me so I know my output has been pretty low, but here's something I managed to accomplish, another Sonic themed wedding cake topper! This one has Knuckles and Rouge as the bride and groom.
I made NiGHTS' extreme gear from Sonic Riders Zero Gravity. I wasn't able to find it's model but my guy Korey was able to modify a similar board from the game into it.

Here's another Sonic OC, his name is Metal Jacko. The torso is Sonic's with a hand sculpted hoodie and tail while the head, hands, and feet are 3D printed. The paint job makes him look like a hot-rod right?
