I think I speak for a lot of people when I say I feel like if the post/user/community/comment was actually looked at instead of just being banned because 1 person reported it is a really bad system and should be changed, instead of a bot removing the content possibly unfairly, a person should look at it and determine if the content should be removed or not, or at least let an AI do it.
