I have a theory that I don't see people talking about. If you look at the back of the signal tower on the cover page for little Nightmares 2, it looks like the buildings have been pushed back. Remember that scene where mono and thin man fight.

If you look at the back of the signal tower, it looks like the building pushed aside, just like mono did when he defeat the thin man. If this truly is a cycle, then after every cycle the signal tower moves further up.
