Mother Witch (Also known as: The Utanakian Witch.)
Mother Witch is a Mother of She-Havik. She is used to be a Doll/Voodoo maker and she makes a lot of Potions. Suddenly, Mother Witch was a liar and a murderer and she killer her husband to make him turn into a Doll. She loves blood and Violence and she loves to be with her daughter. She-Havik dislikes her and but loves her.
The Mother Witch does not have a name, so I'll name her Tari!
