For those who don't know, I've been going through some really difficult times recently.

But those are really just because, for years, I haven't loved myself the way I love others.

And I'm changing that.

So in a way, it's not just the worst time of my life, but also the best time of my life. Because I've been on a terrible course, and I'm finally taking the action needed to correct that.

I'm not going to be afraid to fly anymore.
