the free editions (and greyscale) are up on my ko-fi page as well! it will probably just a single page, but as i mentioned before, you can just reuse the small pdf to create a plethora of pages.
the ones that are for sale have a full month or more of pages all ready to go. no page numbers, so you can take away or add more pages if needed!
you can use them digitally with some pdf editor, or just print them out and create your own planner/tracker lol
