How I did it.
1: I modeled the hand.
2: I modeled the fingers.
3: I modeled the arm.
4: I added the colors.
5: I added little details.
6: I rigged the arm + hand + fingers.
7: I added a sun light & floor.
8: I rendered it as a image and that's all.
(By the way I used a lot of images for references)
