I need mechanic ideas for the phantoms. Mainly Phantom Lilia, Thomas, and Riddle
The mechanics must be simple and fairly easy to code
The ones I have so far are
Phantom Po - Find her once she giggles and flash her
Phantom Jack WIP mechanic - Check for him in the window and shut the shutter if he's there
Not dealing with a phantom will raise a panic meter by 10%
