To be completely honest, this game aged like a carton of milk left out in the noon sun, and I must admit it's the most embarrassing work of my career as a Game Dev. This is because the Sonic2.exe Remake is a project that lacks virtually any artistic value; it's rushed, messy, and devoid of charm. The only thing it has going for it is the Cutscenes art (made by Kokoa Mori), which was the only standout feature amidst the garbage heap that is the entire game. Without that, the game would have the standard of exe games made from 2013-16 like "Toy Story.exe" or "Minions.exe."

While the decision to make this game inaccessible may seem immature on my part, it's challenging to face the responsibility of having made the game when you're in constant frustration, knowing that your most recognizable work is something so mediocre and hastily done. It's even more frustrating knowing that one of the games I'm proud to have made doesn't even have a fraction of the recognition that this rubbish, which doesn't represent me as an artist, does. I hope you understand the decision I made and its reasoning.
