I think the only significant downside of moving away from pixel art is that it might be harder for people to make community alt costumes.

I'll make some animations today and compare them to their original pixel ones.

Update on my general developing, plus teaser for something new

Scrapped human walking animation for the overworld areas. Ended up being too high resolution so I'll just dump it here for yall

Gone through a Minecraft modding phase, been making some mods which tweak the game a bit that I want in my own world, and I'm releasing the mods publicly too! :)

I was going for that downscaled DS look + something to match my new logo slightly better

Someone suggested reducing the colour palette - I do quite agree that this is cleaner, though the other one had a 'roundness' that I really enjoyed... Not sure!
