ZacJumper could possibly be detected as a virus by your antivirus.
If that happens, don't worry, ZacJumper is not a virus. Simply open your antivirus settings, and add an exception for ZacJumper, and now you can run the game without problems.
If you think that there is really a virus in the game, you can still play the HTML version of ZacJumper by pressing "Play" instead of download. (if you are on the GameJolt desktop app, you will need to open the game's page in your browser)
