Teddy is a rl weird fella and not many things are known about him. He one day just, appeared in the circus and claimed to have come there cuz he was just bored. He has a rl childlike personality and rarely talks to anyone aside from his balloon, Bobby. His blessing is to be able to see and hear everyone in the circus, like a spy, but with the downside of only being able to move in the dark.
