Technically they're the same person.
But for now let's just say Franny is a greatly exagerated version of my IRL Friend Fran for the purpose of being a horror game's villain.

IRL Fran vs Franny Differences.
The real life Fran is actually quite average in height, is clean and overall a normal guy.
Franny is almost twice as tall, always stained with blood and dust, doesn't wear shoes and is bigger overall.
