Is creating your own language a good idea?

I have some more ideas for games, and one of them includes this scenario: "An AI created a language based on these 3 languages : English, Dutch and French. (+ some minor differences as switching between "old" English and new English mid sentence)".
Would this work though? As there are quite the amount of words that have to be translated (and my french is really bad, so i might have to swap it or remove it) + I have to add language rules into it, hopefully not as tidious as the dutch language (i'm belgian, you'd think my dutch is great since it's my main language, IT IS NOT. WE HAVE WAY TOO MANY RULES). Or maybe, make it some weird language with no boundaries? just use a mashup of all rules and pick the ones i like? Anyways i'd love to hear some feedback on this!

Now i now, i'm not the best game designer if you look at my older work, but just look at this. Is it fair to say i've improved?

This is my upcomming project, i like to make clicker games but i can't draw AT ALL, so i resort to using effects, so now i'm wondering, does this actually feel like a CRT-monitor or is there something that has to change?
