It might sound weird, but whenever someone starts saying bad things about themselves, I just completely tune out. It's not that I don't care, it's just my brain just goes off into another direction for some reason.


I think it might be because I don't want to hear about people being hard on themselves...

So take note comrades: be nice to yourself and I'll always listen!
