It's Nightmare Salvage, but Phantom, well at least it's supposed to be.

Oh yeah, it's sorta unfinished, mainly because I haven't colored it at all, to ya know, make him look like a phantom.

If you couldn't tell from some of previous posts, Salvage Sonic is one of my favorite characters.
