Coming up with Ashena's redesign was a bit more challenging. The drafts I had all were either the same idea or just not pleasant to look at. I decided to settle for a witch like approach, with a book entity named Azreal. I also made some of their emotions change their eye colors. Finally, for their monster design, I wanted to emphasize a crow like appearance, matching the symbolism between crows and dark magic.
