Miyaga had a lot of potential with his redesign, given his design was rather simplistic and low quality. I wanted him to he's been through the ringer, and decided to make him a high ranking soldier. I gave him scars here and there, as well as made him missing part of his ear. For his monster form though, I made it the opposite, making him with a puppy personality and basing it around Cerberus.
