A year of struggle, and it's finally here.

Kirby Gamble Galaxy Stories - Extended Demo has finally released. We also made the Ext. Demo soundtrack downloadable on the Gamejolt page, so be sure to check other packages. We're also adding the trailer made by Light MetaS to the media section of the page.

Here's a glimpse of what has changed:

• Presentation:

• The Menu, Hud, and Title Screen UI has been completely redone from the ground up after receiving criticism from the UI in the last demo.

• The soundtrack has been redone to include original songs and remixes from various Kirby games thanks to our lovely team of Composers.

• The base Spray Paint line up has been changed since the last build and now includes quick descriptions, there are also unlockable Spray Paints.

• The game contains quite a number of cutscenes in-between every level which reveals more about the game's story and lore.

• Achievements have been added to the Gamejolt page.

• Stages:

• The Extended Demo has 5 levels in total which contains returning and original stages: Green Greens from Kirby's Dream Land:

• Green Greens has been added to the game and serves as the first level of the game. It is a recreation of its level layout from Spring Breeze in Kirby Super Star Ultra and contains Whispy Woods as the first boss.

• Halberd from Kirby Super Star: First two rooms are based on Gamble Galaxy 1 from Kirby Squeak Squad. Since the last demo there have been a lot more rooms added including a puzzle section as well as a final time based section where you have to race to your destination.

• Asteroid Fields: The level design is mostly intact from the previous build, though contains a few improvements and changes to overall make the experience. Kabula as a boss has been removed. The visual presentation has been given a overhaul. The tileset, door, and background have been redone from the ground up, Mystic Doo has also been resprited.

• Egg Garden: An original stage created for Kirby Gamble Galaxy Stories, has a hub world with 2 stages currently which are Grass and Temple based. Both stages contain boss fights from new and returning foes. Has original enemies and returning enemies from various Kirby games such as Kirby Mass Attack. Copy Abilities: Beam and Cutter have returned from the previous build alongside 2 returning abilities from Super Star Ultra, Fire and Bomb. Fire Kirby is able to exhale a stream of Fire from his mouth, as well as doing the Burning dash attack. Bomb Kirby now allows the player to manually aim where they'd like the bomb to land. Mystic Beam and Mystic Fire have been added as original copy abilities. Mystic Beam appears in Asteroid Fields after inhaling a Mystic Doo and Mystic Fire can be found in Egg Garden.

Regarding the future of Kirby Gamble Galaxy Stories: We do plan on releasing smaller builds patching any bugs that are reported that may have been unnoticed, but the next major Demo won't be anytime soon. We will be taking a break from development of it for a bit as we've spent the past few months really working hard on this. So Kirby Gamble Galaxy Stories will not be returning to SAGE next year. We hope you enjoy this release of the game, we're proud of how's it come along so far!
