Let's talk about some history... And i have something to say...


Hello Everyone.


I am still working on HTM3 however i think i'm starting to mess it all up, First of all: The visual editor, It's honestly a hassle to put together, As i do not seem to understand CSS as much as i thought i have, And i've been unable to push forward, I have a editor but there isn't anything to be hyped about, The truth is: I wanna hold off on the editor release until i figure out a different way.

But, I want this update to be BIG. And i come to find out that HTMaker 2.0 (the current release) is quite lacking in the text editor, And i admit, The editor is quite lacking and has little to no actual functionality, It's simply just a bunch of already prepped code that you click and it adds to your canvas.


The idea for HTM came from This Video. as that was a content creator i watched quite a lot of in the pass. As you can see, This is a video based around a program called "HTMLive" it is created by the host of "OSFirstTimer", This inspired me enough to try to make my own websites using their program, Then i decided to try making my own program, but with more functionality, Called "Website Maker"

Amazing isn't it? But this was more visual, So then i decided to try making a different one, Calling it "HTMaker", The name came to be by me thinking up names like "HTML Maker", "HMaker", "MakeIt", Then i came up with "HTMaker", A perfect mix of HTML and the word "Maker"...

I wanted it to be possible to build these big websites and all of that, But i realized it's way to lacking for people who actually wanna make something pretty, And i denied this for the longest time. I was for some reason thinking people will still make an amazing website, My friend @TheCrafters001 (You should go follow them) made a neat little website using HTMaker, Soon to found out it was a template that was imported into HTMaker.

I find myself always just going to another program to work on my websites, Such as "WIX" and "BRACKET", As HTMaker didn't have what i personally needed, I know that sounds weird but the program i made didn't have what i even needed, So this shows it was trash from the beginning.

So now, I wanna fix that. And i am thinking about how, We have more space and we have more options now, So how about i just... Take a break on the visual editor, And think about how i can implement such a feature, But release HTMaker 3.0, With a Text Editor overhaul?
