Every single time I click download or a link to install, it comes up with the message "cdn-files.gamejolt.net sent an invalid response." Following after is this error "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR". The picture above represents this.
I've been in contact with someone from the Gamejolt support team, but despite their best efforts so far nothing seems to be working. Here is everything that I have tried, but has failed to work.
-Turning the internet off and on my computer several times.
-Allowing ads, pop ups and redirects, and insecure content to the site.
-Used two different web browsers (Chrome and Microsoft Edge).
-Updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
-Got rid of a vpn software (my subscription was long gone, way before I made an account for Gamejolt. Never got the subscription back.).
These are all the things I remember trying over the last couple days. But here is a bit more information that may help depending on what this problem actually is:
My current OS is now Windows 11 (I used 10 for the entire time I've had my GJ account and when downloading games previously, but this didn't fix the problem like stated above.)
I do not have the desktop app, the link on GJ gives me the same error.
Not sure if it helps, but all my previously downloaded games (from this site) still function as normal.
Any suggestions are welcome because I'm willing to try anything :')
