Okay time to recap all the progress I've made with my website project so far, and what I'm planning to do with it in the future.

Loquacious is a personal blogging/portfolio site, not entirely a social media, even if it has the main elements and aspects, I'd say it's a mix between those two.

Main purpose of the site?

The most important feature there will be the OC related stuff (Original characters). Imagine you are a creator/artist and created a character for a story, a persona, or a cat character. You will be able to easily create an account for them, and create posts as them, as if they had their personal space.

It is also possible to follow OC accounts. But not the other way around.

Each account will have their own "fan-zone" too, where people will be able to put fan-arts, ask questions, or write posts. How epic is that?

If not, you can also chill on your main account and post your creations there!

What can I do there?

You will be able to post different type of things on your profile:

• Normal posts and text

• Artworks

• Long stories (for cool writers out there)

• Audio (this thing is not implemented yet, I am tempted to add it)

AAhhg when is it out?

I will create the main functionalities of the site, including logins pages, the profile and the post pages, some simple text editors, and some setting pages. That will be the bare minimum so that you can start to inhabit the site, and access the main features.

Follows will probably not work at first.

Currently the code is opensource, but may have to change that as soon as I start adding the PHP and start dealing with the databases. Unless there is a way to keep those files safe. I have to ask some people because I haven't figured out how to... @cros @YLivay ? How do you do it for Gamejolt?

Other than that, the main purpose of the site is just for me to get better at coding, for example using complex classes in Javascript, better PHP, optimizing databases. There's always new stuff to learn!
