Kinui was hired by an anonymous person as a mercenary to kill junkrat and roadhog and after seeing they’re bounty decided to hunt them instead…. That was the original plan but when she met them she decided to use them basically using them as bodyguards/ boss but is more like an older sister constantly having to take care of the dumbass Aussies

she gets along with them so well because she understands junkrats craziness and finds roadhog chill even tho he is a criminal

they’re just a goofy trio committing crimes of all kind with kinui acting as the getaway using they’re portals to escape swiftly no one knows it’s kinui doing this with junkrat and roadhog because of her mask so she doesn’t get a bad rep
